Learn to make a traditional Ainu instrument

The mukkuri is a type of mouth harp. The player places a “tongue” or reed in their mouth and vibrates it, making a small sound that is amplified by the mouth. You can experiment with different notes by changing how wide you open your mouth and breathing in and out. Why not make your own mukkuri as a memento of your trip to the Ainu Kotan?
